- Reliability
- All customers are hosted on our Dual CPU Quad Core Clovertown Xeon server. The server has 8 CPU processors and a 4GB memory.
- Weguarantee a 99.9% uptime at all times no matter what! If a server outbreak has occurred, please see uptimes for a prerated refund of your money.
- The server does daily and weekly backups so you won't lose your files.
- There is ticket support for all customers so you're happy with the service you get!
- Payments
- All payments are requested 2 weeks before they are due.
- If you do not pay within the 2 weeks given to you ahead of time, your accounts will be suspended.
- After you are suspended and you continue to not pay for one week, your account will be terminated.
- Overdue invoices are charged 10%
- Refunds
- You will be given a 30 day full money back gaurantee. No refunds will be given for domain names. See domain pricing list for more details on how much each domain costs.
- Please file all cancellations to the billing department. Please note that refunds may take up to 48 hours to progagate.
- Files
- You are not permitted to upload ANY sort of files associated with:
- Warez/hacking
- Illegal downloads
- Torrents
- Copyright infridgement
- Proxys
- Free services (file uploaders, emails, etc)
- Pornography
- Violence
- Unlawful material
- Spam
- Termination
- If you break our TOS, you will not be given any warnings before you are terminated.
- If you were terminated, no refunds will be given.
- If accounts terminated for payment overdue, your account can be restored for as low as $10

- Connito Hosting will not be responsible for any losses you have made nor are we responsible for any downtime, damanges, files, or other issues.
- Connito Hosting is also not responsible for any content you upload
- Spamming
- Spam use on the server will not be permitted. Results of spamming may lead to suspension or termination
- Limitations
- Emails can not pass 200 emails out and in per hour
- Absolutely no "backstage: processes will be run on the server
- Each account can not use more than 2% of RAM and CPU every 24 hours. If you use too many system resources, you will be notified to take the necessary actions.. If the usage is too high to keep the server unstable, we will suspend the overloading account so that it doesnĄ¯t affect the other clients on the server.
- Backups
- Connito Hosting makes daily backups for your site. This does NOT mean that you shouldn't backup your files yourself.
- If the server crashes, there is no gaurantee that the restored backup is 100% up to date. It will most likely be from yesterday.
- Transfers of accounts
- If you would like to have your account transferred from another host, please open a ticket and send it to the support department with your login details so we can proccess the transfer.
- The duration of your transfer will depend on how large your account is. Most transfers are completed within 1-2 hours from start. However, we do not gaurantee the timings.
- There is no guarantee that the transfer will be 100% successful. 99.9% of the time, the transfers are successful.
- Accounts transfered can only be from a cPanel based account.
- Uptimes
- If for any reason the server is down for however long, please open a ticket and send it to the support department with a log or anything that would give proof. Refund rates are below:
- 99.9% = 0% refunded
- 99.7% = 10% refunded
- 99.6% = 20% refunded
- 99.5% = 30% refunded
- 99.4% = 40% refunded
- 99.3% = 50% refunded
- 99.2% = 60% refunded
- 99.1% = 70% refunded
- 99.0% = 80% refunded
- 98.9% = 90% refunded
- 98.8% = 100% refunded
- Refunds will be as credits in your account that you can use for anything you purchase here.
